It’s Okay Not to Feel Okay
A lot of things are easier said than done. A few weeks ago I had a long convo with my friend and I am here to tell you that you’re not alone and that we’re all struggling in our own ways. As usual I heard more portions. Like a lot of things I say on this platform. I’m fully aware of that. No matter how many videos I film or life lessons I post. At the end of the day I can’t change your life for you. I can’t make all your problems go away. I can’t magically make people feel less depressed or anxious.
But, here I’m to tell you that don’t be so hard on yourself when you see other people’s success. What you see is just a corner of an entire puzzle. Similarly, you are more than that one piece of emotion you’re feeling right now. Whether that’s sadness, confusion, anger, or anxiety. That’s only a part of you, which does not define your entire self worth.
It’s okay not to feel okay, but remember at the end of the day only you can help yourself.
Don’t wait for a hero to save yourself. It’s present you vs future you.
