Lately I posted quite often, I try really hard to post consciously and authentically online. We’ve all heard of the saying that “social media is fake” but I have a different way of looking at it.

I believe that nobody acts exactly the same around everyone. For instance, you probably act different around your family vs around your friends. You’d speak in different tones and choose different words. Does that mean we’re all being fake? Isn’t it just adjusting yourself to speak in a more comfortable way towards whoever you’re speaking to.

Be better in real life than on social media. Whether you post a lot or a little, always strive to be a better person in real life than on this platform. And remember that just because no moves are getting posted doesn’t mean that no moves are getting done. Doesn’t matter if you’re a creator or you just post casually for friends and family. If you’re posting a happy picture, I hope that you felt even happier the moment the photo was taken. Because you deserve more than the virtual likes, views, and comments.
